Ivan Parker Gospel SingerThe Mule Day Committee is thrilled to announce the addition of good ole gospel music on Wednesday evening. The Mule Day inaugural  Wednesday Night Gospel Singing will light up the hill top of the Ridley 4-H Center across from the Maury County Park. The line-up  brings together some of the best Southern Gospel performers this area has ever seen. Through the hard work of Mule Day friend David  Roberts the talent of Ivan Parker, The Kelly’s from Lawrenceburg and The Masters Four Quartet from Columbia come together for your  enjoyment. Come on out to hear wonderful old songs of the church and southern gospel music along with some of the greatest hits of  the past several years.

Wednesday evening features awarding winning and Gaither videos artist Ivan Parker. Ivan is most known for singing the song  Midnight Cry”, which was voted Song of the Decade in the 90’s. Other #1 hits include “When I Get Carried Away”, “I Choose”, “There  Rose A Lamb” and “Hit The Ground Running”. Ivan has been voted Soloist of the Year and Favorite Southern Gospel Soloist several  years running.

The Kelley's Gospel Singing GroupThe Kelley’s started Singing over 50 Years ago. Through the years due to retirements, and deaths, Jon Kelly is the only remaining  family member in the group. They make their home in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee and travel every weekend to spread the gospel in  song all over the United States. They also perform at the National Quartet Convention each year. Current member consist of: Jon Kelly  in the Lead, Paul Walters Tenor, Eric Harvey Bass, Keith Worththam Baritone, and Billy Ferguson bass guitar.

The Masters Four Quartet Gospel SingingThe Masters Four Quarter based out of  Pulaski Tennessee, Kevin Turner (lead) and Bill Dobbins (baritone) have been singing together over 30 years. Along with Mike Coy (bass) and David Roberts (tenor) they have traveled all over the southeastern U.S. They have been  the opening group for many of the best known professional groups in Southern Gospel music such as: Dixie Echoes, Palmetto State  Quartet, Chuck Wagon Gang, and many more. The Master’s Four Quartet is not only known for their great harmony, but there sincere  message to the audience. They are also known for making you laugh. You will enjoy your experience with the Master’s Four Quartet.
